Individual privacy and the protection of personal data are fundamental human rights. We have a duty to care for the personal data we collect, process and store. Your personal data is our responsibility and we collect and process it only when necessary while ensuring security measures for its protection.

1.1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

DOMINO DIZAJN collects, processes and uses personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

This Privacy Policy describes what types of data are processed and for what purposes, and your rights related to such processing.

1.3. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data until the purpose of processing personal data is fulfilled.

In the event of concluding a Business Cooperation Agreement through the Replacement Quota, we store your personal data for the duration of the cooperation, and at least for the period specified in the Agreement or upon termination of the Agreement.

After the purpose for which they were collected ceases, we no longer use your personal data and delete them from our storage.

You are free to contact us at any time to exercise your rights in the area of ​​the protection of your personal data.

Right to access personal data
You have the right to access your personal data that we process about you and you can request detailed information, in particular about the purpose of their processing, the type/categories of personal data that are processed, including insight into your personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients and the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored.

Right to correction of personal data
You have the right to correct or supplement inaccurate or incomplete personal data that we have collected, if your data is not accurate, complete or up-to-date.
For the above, it is possible to send a request in writing, electronically and it is necessary to specify the personal data for which an update is required.

Right to erasure of personal data
You have the right to request that we erase your personal data when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, when you submit a justified objection or your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Right to object
You have the right to object to certain processing of your personal data. For example, you can request that we stop processing your personal data for the purposes of offering our services or terminating a Business Cooperation Agreement via the Replacement Quota.

Right to restriction of processing
You can request that we restrict the processing of your data, for example, when erasure, rectification or objection regarding your personal data is pending and/or when we have no valid grounds for processing your data and you want us to retain it. When processing is restricted, your data will be stored and will not be further processed. For example, if you contest the accuracy of your data, the processing of such data will be restricted until it is ensured that the data is accurate.

Right to data portability
When processing is carried out by automated means of processing based on a contract or consent, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured and commonly used machine-readable format and to transmit such data to third parties at your own discretion.

Right to withdraw consent
If you have previously given your free express consent to the public publication of your photograph and facial image or audio/video recording on our websites or social networks, you have the full right to withdraw your consent at any time and we will delete our publications of your photographs or audio/video recording.
