Studio Domino dizajn has been around for over 18 years and during that time we have gathered a lot of experience and knowledge, which we use to help our clients design and create graphic products using various printing technologies, digital technologies, all according to their needs and standards. Our main difference compared to our competitors is that we implement Socially Responsible Business through the employment of people with disabilities, we are a digital company and thus save paper, toner and electricity. Studio Domino dizajn postoji već preko 18 godina te smo u tom razdoblju sakupili dosta iskustava i znanja, kojima pomažemo našim klijentima u osmišljavanju i izradi grafičkih proizvoda korištenjem raznih tehnologija tiska, digitalnih tehnologija, a sve prema njihovim potrebama i standardima.
Naša glavna razlika u odnosu na naše konkurente je u tome što mi provodimo Društveno odgovorno poslovanje kroz zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom, digitalna smo tvrtka te time štedimo papir, tonere i električnu energiju.

Domino dizajn, like any other company operating on the open labor market, is economically oriented, but profit is not the most important thing in our business and certainly not at any price. We make sure that we work with companies that are socially responsible, and even those that may not have operated in this way before, after they start working with our company, achieve a part of Socially Responsible Business by contracting business cooperation through the Replacement Quota. In this way, they actually fulfill their obligation to employ a minimum of 3% of people with disabilities in their company, instead of paying that amount into the state budget as Compensation for Non-Employment of People with Disabilities.
In this way, they demonstrate awareness of the importance of employing people with disabilities in the open labor market and providing equal opportunities for all people to the fundamental human right, that of work. The main difference between Domino dizajn and our competitors is that we employ over half of our employees who are people with disabilities. In this way, we slowly change the awareness and perception of other people towards people with disabilities, that they are useful members of our society.
We also help with training and employment of this hard-to-employ category of our society.
We strive to develop self-motivation in our employees by encouraging lifelong learning and advancement. We motivate our employees to educate themselves and generally try to create a relaxed working atmosphere and a pleasant climate within our company.
One of our main advantages is that we do not have working Saturdays and Sundays and we do not work overtime, except in exceptional cases. But then it is clear to all employees that they need to get stuck in and do some work, but not for the sake of additional company income, but because of a special situation and exceptional working circumstances.
We are also a digital company, because we have developed our own e-chamber web application for digital communication with members of various social organizations (professional chambers, unions, political parties, sports clubs and associations), because we strive for a paperless society, using modern communication technologies and thus contributing to reducing waste by saving paper, ink and the printers themselves, as well as electricity. Our modules save resources for our clients, thus placing us in the green technology category.
