We make sure that we work with companies that are socially responsible, and even those that may not have operated in this way before, after they start working with our company, achieve a part of Socially Responsible Business by contracting business cooperation through the Replacement Quota. In this way, they actually fulfill their obligation to employ a minimum of 3% of people with disabilities in their company, instead of paying that amount into the state budget as Compensation for Non-Employment of People with Disabilities.

We strive to develop self-motivation in our employees by encouraging lifelong learning and advancement. We motivate our employees to educate themselves and generally try to create a relaxed working atmosphere and a pleasant climate within our company.
One of our main advantages is that we do not have working Saturdays and Sundays and we do not work overtime, except in exceptional cases. But then it is clear to all employees that they need to get stuck in and do some work, but not for the sake of additional company income, but because of a special situation and exceptional working circumstances.
We are also a digital company, because we have developed our own e-chamber web application for digital communication with members of various social organizations (professional chambers, unions, political parties, sports clubs and associations), because we strive for a paperless society, using modern communication technologies and thus contributing to reducing waste by saving paper, ink and the printers themselves, as well as electricity.
