All services that are within the scope and provided by Domino Dizajn are included in the 100% Replacement Quota. From us, you can, within the Replacement Quota, get a 360 VR walk, professional photography or video recording and production, Web AR augmented reality, graphic design of all types of products including social media design, web design and programming (web shops and web applications), SEO optimization and digital marketing.
From the total number of employees in your company that is liable to pay the quota contribution is calculated 3% and the resulting decimal number is rounded to an integer:
(3% = 1.49 – rounded = 1, or 3% = 1.51 – rounded = 2).
This integer is the number of persons with disabilities (PWDs) that your company must employ according to the Law and is used to calculate the obligation to pay the Disability Allowance.
EXAMPLE OF CALCULATING THE DISABILITY AMOUNT OR REPLACEMENT QUOTA
– The company employs 1,063 workers and the calculation of 3% of that number is a decimal number = 31.89
– Rounded to the full number = 32 PWD (this is the total number of PWDs that the company should have employed according to the Law)
If the company already has 5 PWDs employed, then the final calculation for the Replacement Quota is:
32 PWDs – 5 PWDs (already employed) = 27 PWDs – the amount for the obligation to pay the quota contribution.
Final calculation of the Replacement Quota:
– 27 PWDs x 210.00 EUR (20% of the minimum wage in the Republic of Croatia) = 5,670.00 EUR/month
– 5,670.00 EUR x 12 months. = 68,040.00 Euros (12-month commitment)
A business cooperation agreement is being made for this amount of your commitment via the Replacement Quota and all the above calculations are made without VAT.
